He was formerly on the board of directors of PharMerica Corporation (NYSE: PMC), and previously served on the board of the Federation of American Hospitals, and the Bloomberg School of Public Health at John Hopkins University. While chief executive officer of Kindred, Paul was a member of the Business Roundtable and the Wall Street Journal CEO Council.
