COUNTRY CLUB FINE DINING SERVER
Stonebridge Golf & Country Club, a premier private country club in west Boca Raton is seeking to hire Experienced Servers to join our staff in our Food and Beverage department.
The ideal candidate will be Energetic, Enthusiastic, experienced in fine dining in a high-volume environment, and must be able to work flexible hours, nights, weekends, and holidays.
REQUIREMENTS:
Minimum one (1) year experience working in a comparable position in a private country club or fine dining restaurant.
Available to work flexible schedule including Lunch and Dinner and able to work on weekends and holidays.
Friendly, outgoing and quick with a smile.
Committed to providing a high level of service, to exceed the expectations of our Members.
Professional, displaying strong work ethics and working effectively as part of a team.
Able to demonstrate good communication skills, including understanding directions, conveying information, and conversing with Members in English.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Provide immediate attention to members and guests upon being seated.
Place meal order through POS system, with proper table and seat number, and cover counts, ensuring that all drink and food items are correctly recorded to Member accounts and that all other information resulting from the entry is correct. Inform Cooks of any special cooking instructions. Place bar order with Bartender.
Serve each course of the meal by placing dish in front of each person using proper serving procedures. Within two minutes, ensure meal satisfaction with all parties at the table.
Assist Food Runner with the serving of food to each table. Assist other Servers as needed, by getting drink orders, meal orders or clearing tables.
Observe beverages at the table frequently and replenish all beverages at the table before a Member or guest has to ask.
Ensure all items are cleared at the proper time and using the proper procedure.
Present dining bill and vocally verify the accuracy of Member's name. Process all Member and guest charges as prescribed by standard operating procedures.
Bid farewell by name to all Members by name and their guests, including smiling and making eye contact.
Advise a manager or supervisor of any complaints as soon as they occur.
Perform assigned side work and setup side station.
Keep tables, dining room and bus station areas clean, and in line with standards.
Perform assigned opening and closing duties, and check with shift supervisor before going on to next assignment.
Rearrange furniture and fixtures in order to prepare for an event.
Attend all mandatory Food & Beverage staff meetings and all mandatory Club staff meetings.
Perform other duties as assigned.

This position will be responsible for providing exceptional dining experience for our club members and their guests, as well as providing beach and pool service to enhance their overall experience. We are looking for someone with hospitality experience, and the passion to contribute to the continued success of our luxury property.
The Club operates 24 hours a day and 7 days a week. The ideal candidate for this role must be available to work mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
This is a seasonal part-time, hourly position with competitive compensation of $20 to $21 per hour, paid biweekly. In addition to competitive pay, our employees also have access to health insurance, and opportunities for advancement within the company.
General Requirements
Provide food and beverage service to club members and their guests.
Set up workstation and performs assigned side (prep) work.

Atlantic Fields is seeking a Server to join the Food and Beverage Service Department.
The Server is responsible for contributing to a great member and guest dining experience. The server will provide excellent customer service, a robust understanding of the menu, and attention to detail during the members dining experience. In this role, you will be part of creating the Discovery Land Company experience for our members and fellow employees.
Key Responsibilities
Provide exceptional service and communication at all times with members / guests and team members.
Greet all guests and members politely and promptly, proactively anticipate needs to enhance experience, demonstrate sense of urgency for responding to guest needs during all interactions
Promptly respond to all guest/member requests.
Present extensive knowledge of all menu items, ingredients, preparations, and specials; make recommendations based upon preferences, special requests, or allergies.
Thorough understanding of all cocktails, wine, beer and beverages, ability to pair wine to menu items.
Enter all transactions accordingly into POS system, issue accurate checks, and close sales timely and according to policies and procedures.
Be attentive to any food allergies.
Prior to delivery of food, ensure all orders are complete and accurate according to individual specifications.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of work areas at all times, complete daily stocking, and adhere to food safety standards.
Keep the appearance of the restaurant consistent throughout the day.
Ensure daily opening and closing responsibilities are completed accuratly and consistent with the departments SOP.
Conduct inventory of all restaurant items as requested.
Report any maintenance and/or safety issues promptly to the Restaurant Manager.
Maintain all equipment and be sure it is properly handled and maintained.
Ensure the department complies with all government, safety, health, and security standards.
Any other duties as assigned.
Skills & Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent.
At least one (1) year of previous serving experience in a full service enviroment, preferably at a fast paced, high end restaurant, club, or resort.
Knowledge of HACCP & local food safety standards; possesses or can obtain State Food Safety Certificate.
Robust knowledgeable of wines and beverage.
Extraordinary attention to detail, quality and service.
Additional Requirements
Positive attitude, professional demeanor, and exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to deliver service to members, guests, and team members.
Must be able to work flexible work hours/schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays. Long hours may be required due to business demands.
Ability to work in a team environment.
Ability to stay calm and focused during the busiest of times.
Ability to read, write, speak, and understand English; additional languages preferred.
Ability to meet the physical demands of the position including, but not limited to, working indoors and outdoors in all weather conditions, standing, walking, and moving for periods of greater than eight (8) hours, and lifting and carrying items sometimes greater than fifty (50) pounds.
