Job Responsibilities
Lead all aspects of and assist in preparation of food items for the day and dating products.
Coordinate and assist in setting up and breaking down stations designated by the manager.
Cook and otherwise prepare foods according to recipes and directions.
Responsible for use of accurate portions when preparing and serving items on the line.
Maintain daily temperature logs
Responsible for taking samples of all food items on the line prior to serving the customers.
Alert management and pull food items that do not meet quality expectations.
Complete opening and closing station checklists
Greet customers as they approach and leave the serving line
Ask customers about the quality of their service and handle any complaints while maintaining a positive attitude and smile.
Coordinate and assist in maintaining a clean work station (including floors, work areas, equipment, walls, refrigerators, and meat blocks)
Ensures that all work areas and serving utensils are cleaned and sanitized
Responsible for accurate disposal of waste from the service line
Transfers supplies and equipment between storage and work areas by hand or by cart.
Assist with daily safety observations and report safety hazards discovered in the location to management immediately
Cross-train in areas as the need arises
Able to work in concessions, catering, and special events required by your manager
Perform task as requested by your manager on a weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly basis
Completion of any task requested by a supervisor or member of the Aramark management team.
Lead all aspects of and advise the employees working on the line to ensure timely and effective service of the customers. Request support from utility workers for sanitation issues of the line as needed.

POSITION PURPOSE
Under general supervision, the Stadium FoodServer obtains guest food and beverage orders, while ensuring accurate and timely service of all orders by working with kitchen personnel. ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

Deliver internal and external guest service the Boyd Gaming Way: Always exhibit a friendly and approachable demeanor. Be polite and courteous when speaking with guests and team members. Look for and act upon opportunities to assist guests and team members. Be sincere and genuine during all interactions. Be prepared with the knowledge and skill required to be responsive to guests and team member's needs and questions.
Responsible for learning and being familiar with all of Boyd Gaming's room outlets, Server functions, and for being able to answer general questions regarding the property.
Maintain a well-groomed, neat and clean appearance, in accordance to the requirements of the Ladies & Gents of Belterra Park contract.
Models, appears in television, radio, and print (including billboards) advertisements and performs public relations activities.
Performs individual or group entertainment routines similar to a Las Vegas presentation at designated Property or off-Property locations.
Anticipate the guest's needs and respond appropriately with a sense of urgency.
Obtain food and beverage orders from guests. Ensure guests' ordering and consuming alcoholic beverages are at least 21 years of age.
Provide superior guest service by positively affecting interactions with guests and team members.
Maintain knowledge of menu offerings to answer guest questions and provide suggestions.
Anticipate and provide for guests' needs throughout entire function; ensure guest satisfaction; respond quickly and efficiently to guest complaints.
Accurately account for and collect payment for all drink orders through POS system in a timely manner.
Perform food preparation duties such as preparing salads, appetizers, and cold dishes, portioning desserts and brewing coffee. Garnish and decorate dishes in preparation for serving.
Serve food and beverages to guests, and prepare or serve specialty dishes at tables as required. Followed by monitoring your tables for cleanliness.
Check with guests to ensure they are enjoying their meals and take action to correct any problems.
Stock service areas with supplies such as coffee, food, tableware, and linens. Fill salt, pepper, sugar, cream, condiment and napkin containers.
Check all supplies, ensuring adequate stock levels, restocking all necessary items.
Assist with overall dining service and ensure dining and serving areas are set up and maintained according to standard.
Required to participate in wearing special event uniforms provided for Holidays and other special occasions deemed by management.
Carry out and follow through with preparation and other requirements of all event requests, on and off property.
Observe and adhere to Health Department regulations regarding food handling, storage, proper steam table temperature, and cleanliness of work environment.
Abide by all State, State Gaming, Federal and Corporate liquor Regulations. Also pertaining to serving alcoholic beverages to minors and intoxicated guests.
Maintain complete knowledge of table/seat/station numbers, hours of operations, proper table set-up and dress code of the restaurant.
Removing of all glassware, plate ware, flatware etc. to clean tables after guests leave and reset them for future guests. Servers are responsible for the cleanliness of their sections.
Limit problems related to guests' excessive drinking by providing responsible alcohol service and applying any training from the responsible alcohol certification course.
Participate in liquor glassware removal, ensuring compliance with all Ohio Gaming Commission regulations.
Use and maintain all assigned areas and equipment in a sanitary, safe and effective manner.
Consistent attendance at company/restaurant training programs as they are scheduled.
Carry out duties with attention to detail, sanitation and safety.
Complete opening, closing and other side duties as assigned by the supervisors.
Collect and accurately report tips at the end of the assigned shift.
Pass all tests given including the training in order to retain the knowledge needed to be an effective server.
