About the Role:
As a WA/Food Runner at Buca Florida Mall, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that our guests have an exceptional dining experience. General Description

Work Duties
Follow all safety and food sanitation processes at all times
Receive all food/product deliveries and ensure accuracy
Note and report any discrepancies between purchase orders and delivery invoices
Store all food/product deliveries in the proper location and within food-handling time limits
Date and/or rotate food/product as necessary to ensure older product is used first (“FIFO”)
Clean and organize all storage areas as necessary to ensure cleanliness and efficiency
Note and report any expired product
Place food/product orders as necessary following current processes
Perform food/product inventories as necessary following current processes
Train new Food Handlers as necessary in proper processes and procedures
All other tasks as assigned

Indian River Preserve is an 18-hole golf course co-designed by renowned golf course architect Perry Dye and LPGA champion Jan Stephenson. The course features lush fairways across a rolling landscape, surrounded by serene lakes, nature preserves, and wildlife. The Indian River Preserve clubhouse is home to Andrei's Restaurant, serving seasonal, local fare and a large banquet facility capable of hosting weddings and private catered events.
Responsibilities of the Food and Beverage Server at Indian River Preserve Golf Club include:
Presents menus, answer questions, and makes menu recommendations
Utilizes the point of sales system and places orders with the kitchen.
Attends all applicable pre-meal meetings.
Advises supervisor of any complaints.
Responsible for cash handling and the accuracy of receipts at day's end.
Incorporates safe work practices and safe food handling standards.
Completes side-work (delivering racks of cups to the service station, rolling silverware, pre-bussing tables, wiping tables and removing debris, etc).
