Responsibilities include:
Customer Interaction: Welcome and engage with customers, take drink orders, provide recommendations, and ensure guests' overall satisfaction.
Table Service: Deliver food orders, attend to customer needs, and maintain a polite and attentive approach throughout their experience
Order Processing: Utilize the point-of-sale system to input orders, process payments, and manage bills effectively
Food Preparation and Serving: Work with the team to prepare basic food items to serve guests as they order.
Teamwork: Work with front desk staff to create and provide food and drink service, ensuring smooth and timely delivery to guests.
Beverage Knowledge: Familiarize yourself with the alcohol menu and ingredients to assist customers with questions and provide accurate information
Bar Organization: Maintain cleanliness and organisation at the bar area, ensuring proper stocking of glassware, garnishes, and beverages.
Hygiene and Safety: Adhere to hygiene and safety guidelines, including proper food and beverage handling, to create a safe and clean environment.

Requirements:
Previous experience as a Waiter or Bartender is advantageous but not mandatory
