We are currently seeking Professional Food Expeditor / Food Runner candidates who will dedicate themselves to this purpose in joining our exceptional team of culinary professionals. Successful candidates must have previous hospitality experience, and a proven track record of professionalism, accountability, and team commitment. This role requires our team members to be experts on our culinary offerings, and the ability to communicate this information to our clientele. Our expos and food runners have the important role of ensuring each plate delivers our core values.

COMPENSATION:

REQUIRED TRAINING/EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE:
Two (2) years' previous hospitality experience is preferred.

YOUR ROLE AS AN IN-ROOM DINING SERVER
We are looking for an In-Room Dining Server to take and deliver orders.
Room dining server provides exceptional food quality, quantity, and presentation standards for menu items, using methods including batch cooking and just-in-time preparation methods.

Responsabilidades clave:
Manipulación y Preparación de Alimentos:
• Preparar y ensamblar los alimentos según las recetas establecidas y los estándares de calidad.
• Mantener la limpieza y organización de las áreas de preparación de alimentos y del equipo.
• Supervisar las prácticas de almacenamiento y manipulación de alimentos para cumplir con las normas de seguridad alimentaria.
• Asegurar porciones adecuadas y una presentación correcta de todos los artículos del menú.
• Ayudar a reabastecer suministros e ingredientes según sea necesario
.Funciones de Cajero:
• Saludar a los clientes cordialmente y tomar los pedidos de comida con precisión.
• Operar la caja registradora o el sistema de punto de venta (POS) de manera eficiente.
• Manejar pagos en efectivo, con tarjeta de crédito y pagos móviles de manera segura.
• Emitir recibos y devolver el cambio correcto.
• Balancear la caja registradora al inicio y al final de los turnos.
General:
• Mantener un ambiente de trabajo limpio y desinfectado en todo momento.
• Seguir todos los procedimientos de salud, seguridad y saneamiento.
• Colaborar con los miembros del equipo para asegurar un flujo de trabajo eficiente y la satisfacción del cliente.
• Asistir en las tareas de apertura y cierre según lo asignado por la gerencia.
Calificaciones:
• Experiencia previa en servicio de alimentos y/o en caja registradora preferida.
• Excelentes habilidades de atención al cliente y comunicación.
• Capacidad para realizar múltiples tareas y trabajar de manera eficiente en un entorno de ritmo rápido.
• Habilidades básicas de matemáticas y atención al detalle.
• Confiable, puntual y capaz de trabajar en horarios flexibles, incluidos noches, fines de semana y días festivos.
