As a Food Server in our exclusive and private country club, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional dining experiences to our members and their guests. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Member and Guest Service:
Provide impeccable, personalized service to all members and their guests, ensuring a memorable dining experience.
Anticipate member and guest needs, addressing requests promptly and professionally.
Order Management:
Present menus, offer detailed descriptions of dishes, and make informed recommendations, including wine and beverage pairings.
Accurately take and input orders into the POS system, ensuring attention to dietary preferences or restrictions.
Delivery and Presentation:
Serve food and beverages promptly, maintaining elegant and proper service techniques consistent with fine dining standards.
Ensure all food and beverage presentations meet the club's quality and aesthetic standards.
Collaboration and Teamwork:
Work closely with the culinary, management and bar teams to ensure seamless coordination and execution of service.
Support team members during peak times and assist with side work, including resetting tables and maintaining a clean and organized environment.
Knowledge and Upselling:
Stay well-versed in all menu offerings, daily specials, and club events to provide informed recommendations.
Promote additional food and beverage options to enhance the member experience.
Compliance:
Adhere to all club policies, procedures, and standards.
Ensure compliance with health, safety, and sanitation regulations.
QUALIFICATIONS:
Prior experience in fine dining or a luxury hospitality environment is preferred.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a focus on professionalism.
Strong knowledge of food, wine, and beverage service, including wine pairings.
Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
Flexible availability, including weekends and holidays.
Must possess a valid SNHD health card & TAM Card.

Disclaimer and Probationary Period
