The CK TM is responsible for performing any combination of duties that would maintain the kitchen work areas and restaurant equipment and utensils in a clean and orderly condition. Prepares dining room for meal service by cleaning tables, cleaning floors, setting tables and cleaning all service areas of dining room. Takes food orders from residents and guests.
