Promote and record orders for drinks, reciting selections of all “call”, and “premium” brands as requested, pass on order to Bartender, properly garnish and deliver to customer in a timely manner. Maintain cleanliness of guest areas. Maintain exceptional knowledge of bar recipes, preparing cocktails and other drinks including wine and beer. Check identification of guests in order to verify age requirements for purchase of alcohol. Greet guests in a polite and friendly manner. Perform other duties as assigned. Qualifications Education and Experience: Highschool diploma/GED. Previous cocktail service experience preferred. Additional Requirements: Must be at least 21 years of age. Must comply with all health codes and regulations. Knowledge of casino environment preferred. Thorough knowledge of liquor and cocktail service. Good oral and written communication skills. Must be flexible and able to work all shifts and weekends. Must have and maintain an Alcohol Compliance or TIPS training. Must have the ability to responsibly monitor alcohol consumption to ensure the safety of our guests. The Fine Dining Food Server will provide guests with exceptional dining service, creating a positive and memorable experience and ensuring guest needs are promptly met. * Sincerely greets each guest at their tables. * Works closely with a backwaiter to ensure prompt attention to all guests' needs. * Continuously maintain a neat, clean, organized, safe, and comfortable environment for our guests and employees. * Understands the ingredients and preparation of all menu items and can relate that information to the guest in a clear and concise manner. * Serve beverages and ensures that glasses are refilled frequently throughout the meal. * Completes all shift side work requirements. * Adheres to all department requirements, including proper food safety and sanitation protocols. Qualifications: * Must be at least 21 years of age. * Alcohol Awareness Card required. * Three or more years' food serving experience required. * Ability to multitask to provide a well-timed experience for each guest. * Fine dining service, wine knowledge, and tableside preparation experience preferred. * Able to communicate clearly with guests in English. * Must be able to balance a food tray, weighing up to 25 pounds.

Ensure that all food items are properly prepared, promptly and appetizingly presented by coordinating each order with back-of-the-house staff so that service times are not excessive. Observe diners during the course of the meal, stopping by to determine that guests are satisfied with the food, to respond to additional service requirements and to determine when guests have completed their meal, providing timely presentation of the bill. Respond to guests' questions, using the Quick Reference Guide, providing information about casino gaming promotions, special and other events and/or programs in order to assist guests, advertise marketing campaigns and encourage guest attendance and participation.
