In this role, you will:

Support a trauma-informed and culturally sensitive environment for clients and staff.

What You Bring
High school diploma or equivalent required.
Prior experience in food service, preferably in healthcare, behavioral health, or institutional settings.
Knowledge of food safety and sanitation standards (ServSafe certification preferred).
Ability to work collaboratively in a trauma-informed, fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
Strong communication, organization, and time management skills.
Food Handlers permit required.
Current First Aid & CPR certification, or ability to obtain within 90 days of hire.
Valid Washington State Driver's License, vehicle, and appropriate insurance if applicable.
Must pass all required background checks and health screenings.

The wage for this positions is: $21.00 - 23.55/hr + Tips
This is a non-benefited role.
All individuals may contribute to the 401(k). An employee must work 1,000 hours in a calendar year to qualify for the discretionary match (there is a 2 year vesting cliff).
All individuals accrue sick time at 1 hour per 40 hours worked to a maximum of 64 hours per year.
