Responsibilities & Expectations Ensure a spotless and presentable luxury facility for all member and administrative activity. Check in new product and maintain inventory. Prepare salon as prescribed by department requirements. Assist members regarding menu items in an informative and helpful way Have full knowledge of beverage lists and promotions, menu items and preparation methods Follow all safety and sanitation policies when handling food and beverage Interact with members in a way that makes them feel special Proper and friendly service when in contact with all members Comply with liquor laws Maintain accountability, both personal and financial Requirements Experience working around confidential and sensitive information. Experience serving in a luxury customer service, airline and/or hospitality industry related role. Minimum education requirement of High school Diploma/GED. Previous Alcohol training desired.
