Fine Dining Experience: Assist in serving food and beverages with elegance, maintaining a polished and professional demeanor throughout the dining experience. Collaborative Teamwork: Work closely with kitchen and front-of-house staff to ensure seamless service and a harmonious dining atmosphere. Other Responsibilities: Reports to work as indicated on schedule. Demonstrate and maintain thorough knowledge of Clubhouse Menu and daily specials. Accurately and efficiently enters orders in POS system. Maintains inventory of liquors, supplies, and beverages needed at bar and informs management when additional supplies are required. Ensures freshness and quality of fruits and juices. Arranges cups and bottles to maintain predetermined display. Maintains a clean and safe dining and work area at all times, in accordance with the Health Code regulations. Provides support to the kitchen and other FOH team members when necessary. Follows alcohol awareness safety standards. Communicates kindly, clearly, and efficiently with team members, receives information and feedback, takes action on observations and feedback received. Complies with departmental and Club policies and procedures. Any other duties as assigned. Qualifications: Experience in Hospitality: Previous experience in a bartending and serving role within a fine dining or upscale environment is preferred. Professional Appearance: Maintain a well-groomed and polished appearance that reflects the standards of our community. Strong Communication Skills: Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities to engage with members and guests effectively. Attention to Detail: A keen eye for detail, ensuring that every aspect of service meets our high standards. Availability: Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays, as our community thrives during these times. Physical Requirements: Standing and Walking: Ability to stand and walk for extended periods, often up to 8 hours during shifts. Lifting and Carrying: Capable of lifting and carrying up to 50 pounds regularly, including trays, supplies, and equipment. Bending and Reaching: Frequent bending, stooping, and reaching to access supplies and equipment behind the bar or in the dining area. Manual Dexterity: Strong hand-eye coordination and manual dexterity to efficiently handle bar tools and serve beverages. Fast-Paced Environment: Ability to thrive in a busy environment, managing multiple tasks while maintaining composure and attention to detail.
