What You'll Do:
Be available to work a flexible schedule, including weekends, holidays and varied shifts
Ensure all food and beverage products are consistently prepared and served according to hospital standards.
Ensure all equipment is kept clean and kept in excellent working condition.
Fully understand and comply with all federal, state and county and municipal regulations that pertain to health, safety and labor requirements of the kitchen.
Qualifications
Proven experience as a foodservice worker or relevant role
Great attention to detail and creativity
High school diploma or equivalent, culinary certification and food safety certification preferred
Physical strength and stamina to spend long hours standing and performing repetitive motions
High School education or equivalent vocational training or work experience. A minimum of one (1) year of culinary / kitchen experience is required. Work history of a skilled cook under a chef is preferred. ServSafe Certified.

Variable shifts with the latest shift ending at 8pm; Weekend and holiday rotation required.
