What We're Looking For
2+ years of front or back-of-house experience in a high-volume, full-service food environment.
1+ year of fine dining or banquet experience preferred.
Familiarity with banquet etiquette.
Strong multitasking, problem-solving, and communication skills.
Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and confident in your work.
Professional, polished, and guest-focused at all times.
Physical Requirements
Ability to stand and walk for extended periods.
Comfort with lifting, bending, twisting, pushing/pulling, and carrying up to 50 lbs.
Ability to climb stairs and perform physical tasks like scooping, kneeling, and reaching.

Responsibilities
Prepare and serve a variety of coffee and tea beverages according to established recipes and customer preferences.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the café area, including equipment, utensils, and seating areas.
Operate cash registers accurately, handle cash transactions, and process payments efficiently.
Ensure compliance with food safety standards and proper food handling techniques.
Assist in food preparation tasks as needed, including baking pastries or preparing light snacks.
Provide excellent customer service by engaging with customers, taking orders, and addressing inquiries or concerns.
Manage time effectively to ensure timely service during peak hours while maintaining quality standards.

Experience
