A welcoming attitude and customer service skills are essential. Maintenance: The Maintenance associate performs routine maintenance on buildings, amenities, and grounds, ensuring smooth and safe operations. Additional tasks include troubleshooting small mechanical equipment, communicating supply and inventory needs and supporting special projects to enhance the campground. Purpose The Landscaping Technician is a hands-on field position responsible for the installation of plant materials, turf, and related landscape features. Working under the direct supervision of the Foreman, this role supports the successful execution of commercial and residential landscape installation projects.
