Purpose of Position
This is a part-time non benefited position
Duties & Responsibilities
Maintains Dining room/assist with Service Areas cleaning and appearance
Insures and stocks clean napkins, flatware, glassware, salt and peppers, and table media
Cleans tabletops, chairs, booths, picks up trash, and vacuums carpet areas.
Works with sanitizer chemical to sterilize contact areas in dining rooms.
Spot clean glass and windows when required.
Follows Best Food Practices Safety Policies
Correctly uses and maintains all equipment provided to complete tasks
Performs other duties as assigned
Checks the appearance of food and garnishes
Follows proper handling and storage procedures in the serving and holding of food
Audits hot and cold temperatures
Insures and stocks clean dishes, flatware, glassware and utensils
Required Competencies
Able to stand on one's feet for 3 -4 hours.
Ability to follow instructions.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
