Responsible for preparing and serving drinks and food. to guests, making recommendations regarding drink specials/daily features in a prompt and professional hospitable manner. Responsible for submitting correct ticket orders to the kitchen if food orders are present in the bar area through the Point of Sale system. Perform and complete all daily opening and closing checklists. Responsible for communicating with management regarding customer satisfaction, feedback and beverage counts. Ensure all products are stored and secured property at all times. Keep menus/table tents clean, organized, updated, and presentable. Ensure all billing is calculated correctly upon presenting the guest check. Performs miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned. OTHER: Regular attendance is essential to the successful performance of this position.
