They are responsible for educating clients on the use of our resistance-based machines and empowering them to push through our challenging workout. Key Responsibilities Assist bartenders with restocking liquor, beer, wine, garnishes, and bar supplies Keep the bar clean, organized, and fully stocked throughout service Change kegs, replenish ice, and maintain proper glassware levels Ensure all juices, syrups, and mixers are prepped and ready for service Assist with setting up and breaking down the bar before and after service Support bartenders by retrieving specialty items and handling guest requests Maintain knowledge of cocktail ingredients and bar procedures to assist with service Clean and polish bar equipment, glassware, and utensils to uphold our presentation standards Follow all health and safety regulations, ensuring sanitation and cleanliness behind the bar Assist with inventory control and waste reduction to maximize efficiency What We're Looking For Hardworking and team-oriented with a passion for hospitality Ability to multi-task and stay organized in a fast-paced environment Strong attention to detail and a commitment to supporting the bartenders efficiently Must be able to lift 50 lbs., carry kegs, and stand for long periods Availability to work nights, weekends, and holidays Previous bar back or hospitality experience preferred, but we will train the right candidate!
