QUALIFICATIONS
Knowledge of:
Principles of providing customer service, including customer needs assessment, meeting quality standards for service, and evaluation of customer satisfaction.
Displays knowledge of safety practices and procedures regarding fire or other emergency situations in the banquet department.
Food and beverage service standards and appropriate table settings.
Banquet space and set up procedures and standards.
Basic mathematical calculations.
Skills and Ability to:
Physical strength and manual dexterity to operate necessary equipment and perform required duties.
Actively listen and give full attention to guests, asking questions when necessary to find out how to best meet their needs.
Multi-task and maintain composure in a fast paced environment while handling frequent interruptions.
