Banquet Bartender job responsibilities include providing beverage service at special events to include corporate meetings, weddings, holiday parties, etc. Other responsibilities include setting up the beverage service area as well as ensuring the bar is stocked appropriately with all beverages, garnishments and supplies. If the event is a cash bar, the bartender is responsible for taking payment for drinks and balancing cash/credit card receipts.
