Takes and records temperatures of food and equipment.
Qualifications:
Ability to lift and push loads up to 60 pounds, stand for long periods of time, bend, stoop, and reach
Ability to read at a 6th grade level.
Must have teamwork and service attitude, with the ability to adapt to changing work environment meeting strict deadlines
Candidate must also have ability to pass food management certification class and receive certification.
