Job Requirements: Performs a variety of food service task involving preparing food and serving patients. Organizes work assignments in logical sequence to quickly and accurately meet strict meal schedules. Works on assembly stations on the tray line during peak service times. Reads the meal ticket, selects, and places correct food items on patient trays as they proceed down tray assembly line. Loads meal trays onto delivery carts. Transports food and other nutrition related items to/from the loading dock. This includes utilizing motorized transportation equipment to deliver food to the patients. Employee will be trained and licensed on all motorized & non-motorized transportation equipment. We are looking for a passionate and creative Culinary Coordinator to help implement our client's vision. Job Description You need these qualifications: You've created and tested menu items. You've a Culinary background - degree in culinary arts or similar. You've experience creating the menu cost analysis. You've prior coordinator / project management experience. You also have a food science background. Here's what you'll be doing You will be working with the Operations, Training and Culinary teams to coordinate any new recipe changes, menu changes, and new operational additions and changes. You will also test and execute all food and beverage recipe additions and changes. You will work directly with all departments including culinary, training, operations, and marketing. You will have a passion for teaching and training. You are comfortable being on the road, visiting our client's locations.
