About the Role: We're looking for a highly organized, relationship-driven Food Recovery Coordinator to support and operationalize Move For Hunger's food recovery efforts across the Eastern Seaboard, with primary ownership of New Jersey-based recovery operations. Approximately 50% of this role will be dedicated to sourcing, organizing, and coordinating food recovery within New Jersey - working closely with local donors, transportation partners, and recipient agencies.     Job Summary - Prepared Foods Associate • Provide prompt and courteous service to customers • Weigh, wrap, code and price products accurately • Display product in cases as directed in the highest standards of presentation • Set up and breakdown cases, stock freezer, check and remove out of date items, and rotate products according to company standards. • Make sandwiches/hoagies for cold case • Measure and mix ingredients following recipes or using prepared mixes as directed • Maintain knowledge of all products sold in the department • Cook, season and/or bake foods as directed. • Maintain good housekeeping of work, display and storage areas, which also includes dishwashing * Other duties as assigned my manager • Must be 18 years old Physical Demands: Stand on feet, bend forward, stoop or walk for the majority of the time on duty Work in freezer and/or cooler for short periods of time. Lift chickens in and out of ovens and rotisserie.
