Assist Chef with food ordering and putting away of food and supply deliveries. Cooks food in quantities according to the menu and number of persons to be served. Required to serve meals and direct activities of one or more workers who assist in preparing and serving meals. Prepare various foods in accordance with menu created by the chef and dietitians, for each meal of the day. Wash, peel, cut and seed vegetables and fruit.
