Job Summary The Food & Beverage Equipment and Plateware Coordinator is responsible for overseeing the stewardship operations, including the setup of food and beverage (F&B) equipment for events. This role is essential to ensure the seamless execution of events and restaurant services at The Concours Club, which includes a fine dining restaurant and an Event Center with multiple venues. The Food & Beverage Equipment and Plateware Coordinator will maintain the highest standards of cleanliness, organization, and efficiency while collaborating closely with the F&B Manager and Executive Chef to ensure all equipment is in top condition and all cleaning processes meet the club's high standards Key Job Responsibilities (F&B) Manager, Event Manager, and culinary team to ensure all F&B setups align with event themes, guest requirements, and club standards. Adjust setups as needed based on last-minute changes or F&B Equipment Setup for Events: Oversee and manage the setup of all food and beverage equipment (e.g., tables, chairs, glassware, cutlery, chafing dishes, and buffet stations) for events. Coordinate with the banquet and culinary teams to ensure correct setup and timely execution for each event. Inventory & Equipment Management: Maintain and manage the inventory of all F&B equipment, including glassware, tableware, linens, and cleaning products. Track breakages and replacements to maintain adequate stock levels. Venue Preparation: Ensure all event venues are properly set up with the necessary F&B equipment, considering the specific requirements for different types of events such as weddings, corporate functions, and private parties. Event Coordination: Work closely with the Banquet guest requests. Maintenance of F&B Equipment: Regularly communicate with the Executive Chef to oversee the maintenance of all kitchen equipment, ensure adequate supplies of cleaning chemicals, and manage the timely replacement of water filters. Collaborate to ensure that all back-of-house operations support smooth kitchen functionality. Waste Management & Sustainability: Oversee waste management, including recycling and proper disposal, to minimize environmental impact and uphold the club's sustainability efforts in coordination with the Club's Facility Manager. Requirements Skills & Qualification Requirements 2+ years of experience in front of house roles within the Food & Beverage industry. Strong organizational, technical, and interpersonal skills. Ability to adapt to last-minute changes, unexpected shortages, and evolving event needs. Attention to detail. Ability to address issues such as equipment malfunctions, order discrepancies, or supply shortages calmly and effectively. Must be willing to work variable schedules, evenings, weekends, and off hours as needed A passion for motorsports and automotive environments is a plus, but not required Strong ability to multitask and time management skills.
