Responsibilities are: Setting up workstation with the necessary equipment Prepping ingredients to use for cooking Monitoring stock Ensuring that the working environment is properly sanitized Ensuring meals are prepared properly Requirements are: Able to provide Food Manager certificate within 2 weeks of hire date Familiar with the different kinds of cooking procedures Good communication skills Excellent team player
