DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES Promptly, at the start of the shift, the team member will review the work schedule, check the equipment and supplies required to perform the work scheduled, comply with Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) requirements, and otherwise prepare for duties. Assemble and mix ingredients, place mix on trays, put trays in racks, push racks to oven, and bake goods. Package and wrap baked goods, print labels, label baked goods, clean display cases, and put fresh goods into cases. Clean and sanitize all work surfaces, all tools and equipment, all display cases, and all floors and counters. Track and record loss. QUALIFICATIONS Must be authorized to work in the U.S. Must have valid identification. Must be able to read, write, and communicate in order to complete job duties in a satisfactory manner and to comply with company policies and safety regulations. Must complete the company introductory (probationary) period of 60 days. Must meet the ergonomic and physical requirements, as well as the physical base scores for this position. Must be able to use, or learn to use, the equipment and tools used to perform this job. Must be able to perform all job functions safely. Must meet the company performance standards for the job. Position Details Location: Reading, PA Program Dates: Monday, June 29 - Friday, August 7, 2026 Weekly Schedule: Monday - Friday; 7:30 am - 3:30 pm Compensation $17.31/hr (pre-tax) paid biweekly. *All allowances are subject to applicable federal, state, and local taxes. They understand that touring is a team sport - requiring trust, hustle, and a deep commitment to collaboration and safety. **Essential Responsibilities & Accountabilities** + Loading and unloading trucks + Setting up and tearing down automation and/or staging gear + Perform show track duties as assigned, which may include but not limited to calling clears, moving scenery/props, spotting automation equipment, and ensuring artist safety backstage + Exchange advanced technical information and ideas effectively + Lead local labor + Technicians: + Technician on the largest and most complex systems + Understand loads and forces on truss structures and can rig stock assets + Design a complex cable map + High Performance Riggers: + Lead performer flying rigger in all 1D/2D and standard 3D flight scenarios + Assist in designing a rescue plan + Splice ropes + Knowledgeable about forces and loads in performer flying scenarios + Operators: + Operate and program a complex show + Troubleshoot advanced software/hardware scenarios + Write complex and/or cased rules + Use show control interfaces + Build basic panel forms + Crew Chiefs: + Lead and supervise a medium sized tour (12-25 axes with up to 4 crew members) + Act as the primary liaison with the production team and other departments on behalf of the automation team + Oversee all load-ins, show operations, and load-outs + Monitor crew performance, providing coaching, feedback, and conflict resolution as needed + Communicate production updates, changes, and issues promptly to the TAIT home office and TAIT Crew leadership teams + Manage and track touring equipment inventory, ensuring proper storage, maintenance, and transport + Demonstrate a team-first attitude and contribute to a positive touring culture + Maintain a professional demeanor while representing TAIT on and off the job site + Adhere to all company safety policies and procedures + Attend meetings, seminars, and training sessions as required + Perform assigned duties according to the policies and expectations prescribed by the company To perform this position successfully, each essential responsibility/accountability must be fulfilled satisfactorily. Additionally, the following certifications, knowledge, skills, or physical requirements are necessary for the position. + High school diploma or equivalent + 2+ years of technical entertainment experience + 2+ years of touring experience for operator or crew chief candidates, 5+ years of touring experience for high performance rigging candidates, 10+ years of touring experience for technician candidates + SPRAT/IRATA required for high performance rigging candidates Travel Expectations + Must have a US passport and a clean record to be able to travel internationally for work + Valid driver's license **Working Conditions and Physical Effort** The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job. The employee is required to frequently walk, bend, climb, push, pull, twist, squat, stoop, and kneel each day.
