Qualifications:

Monitor accurate portion control and inventory control. Will negotiate food purchases and delivery, and assist in general inventory control for foodservices.
Ensure overall sanitation and Department of health regulations are met and exceeded.
Maintain proper cash control and end of day counts.
Work with office team members to ensure al CACFP documentation is completed accurately and timely.
Perform all other direct job related duties as is assigned.
In this Float role you may work at one of 6 locations: Westminster, Baltimore City, Catonsville, Rosedale, Timonium and Belcamp
Requirements:
2-3 years of direct job related experience.
Current, valid SERVSAFE certifications.
Ability to take a leadership role in food/feeding related issues, and the ability to ensure complete reliability in foodservice operations.
Posses the ability to meet the needs of internal and external catering customers.
Ability to negotiate costs and purchase details for job related vendors.
Must possess direct knowledge of the CACFP program.
The pay range for this position is $18.50/hr minimum to $24.09/hr maximum. Pay for this position is determined on a number of factors, including but not limited to, years and level of related experience.
