Food Bank Coordinator Responsibilities Assist food bank clients with check in process ensuring client files contain required information (updated application, picture ID for head of household, income for all adults 18 years and older, proof of residence, Income Verification, Intake Referral Form, Case Notes, Arizona Self-Sufficiency Matrix) Provide case management to food bank clients assisting them to reach self-sufficiency Ensure case notes are in client files that received case management. Ensure a respectful and welcoming environment for all clients. Ensure confidentiality in all communications Client data needs to be entered into the CAP60 database including client demographics, income, food bank attendance, and all client outcomes.
