Summary:

* Records and maintains temperature logs for equipment, food production and food transport, as outlined in the BVSD FS Standard Operating Procedures.
* Foster district commitment to excellence and equity by ensuring that employees and students are valued, respected and provided a positive work/learning environment.
* Establish positive relations with internal and external customers, including students, staff, and school administration, parents, and community members.

Repairs and constructs trailhead infrastructure such as fences, gates, picnic tables, timber structures, benches, bike racks, waste infrastructure, native gardens, drainage infrastructure, shelters, and signage.
Ensures and maintains accessible amenities around trailheads, including construction and maintenance of accessible trails to defined standards.
Works on vegetation management - mowing, trimming, weed whipping, and removal of invasive plants by other methods. Requires knowledge of native plant management.
Works on parking lot repair - filling and repairing potholes by hand and grading surfaces with heavy equipment, such as skid steers and backhoes.
Contributes to snow removal in winter season through use of shovels, snow blowers, or plows.
Services trash and recycling at trail heads and access points.
Cleans and maintains outhouses at OSMP facilities by hand and with power washing equipment.
Works with contract work crews, volunteers, community and court-ordered service persons on trailhead related tasks.
Collects, analyzes and reports data through use of asset management software to inform work plan.
Interacts with the public through a customer service lens as a representative of the City working in public spaces.
Works independently and as part of a team to implement scheduled work plan and react to emergent maintenance situations, often called on to make informed decisions without direct guidance from leadership.
Completes other duties as assigned.

Position Summary: The Food Bank Coordinator is responsible for ordering and monitoring nutritional groceries to supplement the nutritional needs of people living with HIV/AIDS for the Food Bank. The coordinator is often the first point of contact in the food bank and works in a client-facing capacity to distribute food to eligible clients, patients and participants.
Essential Job Functions:
* Ensures that all purchases are appropriate with current guidance from funders in relation to food and supplies for Food Bank operation.
* Schedules pick-up and delivery of Food Bank items, as well as unloads/loads vehicle, as needed.
* Ensures HIV -specific nutritional information are available at the Food Bank.
* Maintains collaborations with organizations that support the mission of the Food Bank.
* Trains, schedules, and supervises Food Bank volunteers.
* Maintains a clean and welcoming environment in the Food Bank.
* With the assistance of the Operations Facilities Manager, ensures that all repairs at the Food Bank are completed in a timely manner.
* Maintains accurate statistics on purchases, trends, client level data, etc. for Food Bank.
* Prepares monthly, quarterly and annual reports as needed for internal usage and external distribution.
* Collaboratively works with facilities manager to ensure CHN Food Bank vehicles are in excellent working order. Works with other Food Bank staff to ensure that all required maintenance and repairs are completed on schedule or as needed.
* Maintains sanitary conditions for the Food Bank as well as food safety compliance.
* Coordinates volunteer/intern schedules and trainings as needed for Food Bank service hours.
* Provides ongoing support and supervision for Food Bank volunteers/interns.
* Attends all department meetings, in-services, and trainings
