Always know what the cost of food is and know when things go on sale

It's who you know and who you are friends with and related to. A lot of favoritism. Male management always favors the girls. Female management always power trip. Union power allows people to not have to work hard because what is the company going to do. So the hard workers always have to carry the weight. Even though always seems like employees are happy and so helpful which are helplful it is requiredor else punished so must put on a show. Union dues are so high and wage is so low i don't know were they are getting 80k per employee. i made around 36k each year. there are caps mostly 20 to 25 an hour so do the math. Company is all about profit by brags about family food and friends but really it is all about money more money.

Not one not any more. the executives killed all things that would help and benefit employees to make more money for themselves

The Assistant Manager Geri Tourville. She’s not a team leader, and doesn’t communicate with the workers. She is a very manipulative, insecure and only think of herself, never take care of the workers who has done her favors by working doubles, never ever help out on the floor or cashiering ... all the workers complain about her everyday there’s always something. At night shift she’s always upstairs in the office on the phone with her kids, that was always the done fall on her.... workers always looking for her for help and she’s never around. We have lost a lot of workers because of her. I have worked with her for at least 10 years from Haiku Grocery and she has no knowledge of what every dept does. We’ve been under Foodland for 7 years now and she doesn’t even know what we have in the store. Doesn’t know how to order through a company always over order and now it has been taken away from her and the next person is cleaning up her mess.. you could ask every employee about her and they all said she needs to go... we are all tied of her lies and when questioned always try’s to back paddle her way out by lying.
