Andrew “Andy” Gray serves as Executive Vice President and Global Chief Commercial Officer since July 2020. He previously held positions as Vice President, Chief Merchandising Officer in North America from October 2017 through July 2020, and Vice President and General Manager of Foot Locker and Lady Foot Locker, U.S. from February 2016 through September 2017. Prior to his leadership roles in the U.S., Andy assumed a variety of merchant leadership roles in Europe to develop and drive the Foot Locker business across that region. Before joining Foot Locker in September 2001, Andy held re-buying and vendor management roles at BJ’s Wholesale Club in the U.S. and Atlantis Relocations in Australia, respectively. Andy holds a BA degree in Business from Glasgow Caledonian University.

Andrew Page is a Chief Financial Officer at FOOT LOCKER, INC. and is based in Raleigh-Durham-Chapel Hill Area. He has worked as Controller at Discovery; Audit Manager at PRICE WATER HOUSE COOPERS LTD; and VP/Controller at UNDER ARMOUR, INC.. Andrew studied at High School, Georgetown McDonough School of Business between 2004 and 2006, and Gamma Beta Phi Society.

Giovanna Cipriano has served as Senior Vice President and Chief Accounting Officer since May 2009. She began her career at KPMG LLP, in their audit practice. Giovanna joined the Company in 1996 and rapidly ascended the ranks of Foot Locker to become a trusted leader of the global finance team. Giovanna serves as the overall leader of the Company’s global accounting, SEC reporting, and taxation functions. She led the organization in the adoption of Sarbanes-Oxley Section 404 (internal controls over financial reporting), as well as numerous SEC and FASB changes over her tenure. Giovanna is also a board member of the Two Ten Footwear Foundation, a not-for-profit organization that for 80 years has supported the lives of those in the footwear industry. Giovanna is a Certified Public Accountant and received her B.A. in Business Administration from St. John’s University.
