Responsibilities
* Work closely with eCommerce, Brand, and Digital Marketing experts to execute strategic month-to-month plans for Email marketing communications
* Build, assess the quality of, and work with stakeholders to finalize marketing communications for Email messaging
* Propose ideas for better ways for activating customers and meeting product sales goals by leveraging the Email channel in new and creative ways
* Execute testing regularly, which will guide strategic development for the CRM channels and may support other digital marketing teams at Foot Locker, Inc. as well
* Coordinate and execute Email marketing campaigns, including development, implementation, analysis, and reporting
* Optimize campaigns by checking content accuracy, ensuring consistency and clarity, troubleshooting issues, assessing potential risks, etc.
* Collaborate with brand marketing teams and CRM strategy to build plans to improve KPIs around Email campaigns
* Analyze relevant metrics and campaign results to identify improvement opportunities and facilitate decision-making
* Propose testing ideas that could improve consumer outcomes, including sales performance, retention, NPS, and brand preference
* Stay up to speed with laws and policies (i.e. CAN-SPAM, TCPA, GDPR) as well as technological advances to optimize campaigns
* Execute communications within legal and best-practice guidelines
* Maintain good security practices to protect against consumer data loss
* Continually improve the email marketing programs with A/B testing
* Support development and enhancement on content strategies
Qualifications
* Bachelor's Degree required
* Minimum of one year of experience in the email and/or mobile marketing space (marketing experience in a retail environment helpful)
* Direct-to-consumer marketing experience preferred, including:
* A/B testing
* Lifecycle marketing
* CRM marketing
* A passion for using data to develop insights that put the customer first is a must

The Loss Prevention Lead serves primarily to mitigate and reduce losses through the deterrence of external theft and the execution of key operational programs. GENERAL SUMMARY:
Under general supervision, lead front-end sales associates in the replenishment of front end impulse fixtures and ensure exceptional service is provided to each customer. Provides support to other managers as requested.
DUTIES and RESPONSIBILITIES:
* Lead the work of sales associates serving as cashiers including six to eight active registers.
* Operate cash register and flatbed scanner as needed to provide great customer service.
* Authorize voids and overrides; count register; make bank deposits.
* Assist in maintaining strict cash accountability, key control, and adherence to company security practices and cash control procedures.
* Monitor cash levels and make appropriate drawer pulls as directed by the Store Manager.
* Monitor cameras for unusual activities (customers and employees), if applicable.
* Supply cashiers with change when needed.
* Complete all required paperwork and documentation according to guidelines and deadlines as assigned.

The Distribution Center Loss Prevention Manager is responsible for the Loss Prevention, Physical Security and Fire Safety Programs within the DC and works in partnership with Operations management to resolve shrinkage issues and protect company assets.
* Manage the implementation and execution of all loss prevention, physical security and safety programs within the DC.
* Ensure all shrink awareness, access control, alarm system management, merchandise audit security programs, transportation and seal control.
* Secure facility and its associates during emergencies and labor-related concerns and events.
* Manage the recruiting, hiring and training of LP associates within the building to ensure technical and professional development.
* Develop, in conjunction with the DC Occupational Health and Safety Manager, fire/safety programs to ensure compliance with company insurance, OSHA and NFPA guidelines.
* Develop relationships with outside agencies, local police, fire departments, insurance companies and external security agencies.
* Manage all investigations within the DC.
* Perform special projects as assigned.
