Responsibilities
* Summer program working out of one of Foot Locker's Distribution Centers working closely with team members and leaders to develop an understanding of how Foot Locker's distribution centers operate.
* Support the execution of daily operations by working beside team member to lead, motivate and influence a team.
* Learn how to problem solve, lead and motivate a team, conduct real-time observations, and drive results, all while ensuring safety is a top priority and that we are maximizing productivity to get products to our customers quickly.
* Taking initiative to seeking out opportunities for growth and development; continuously learn throughout the internship experience
* Demonstrate a willingness to take risks; step out of your comfort zone and take on new assignments

Qualifications
To qualify for an internship with Foot Locker, individuals must:
* Undergraduate (Rising Junior or Rising Senior) or graduate business student pursuing an Engineering, Data Annlytics, MIS, Supply Chain, Logistics or similarly related field.
* 3.2 GPA
* Solid analytical skills and self-motivated.
* Effective communication skills for all levels of the organization
* Ability to work cross-functionally
* Willingness to learn with hands-on experience
* Proficient with Microsoft Office Tools: Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
Work Environment:
This position works in a warehouse setting, with limited outdoor exposure during the workday. This role routinely uses standard warehouse equipment such as hand trucks, box cutters, RF scanner, and tape dispensers. Based on business necessity associates may be required to temporarily work in other locations that require different physical demands.
