The hours are unbeatable. Overtime hours don’t kill you.
If ever a layoff happens pray your not one picked.
Being able to work everyday and achieving my work goals for the day. I’ve always given above 110%.
The team currently is on top of everything. Employees matter there.
Don’t have layoffs. People need to work in order to maintain. I choose to wait for my return date. No other job is worth how FBF enlightens me.
I woke up, showered and showed up. I’m different than others. I’m very blunt and to the point. They asked for an interview and I responded, “Hire me and your be pleased. I go above and beyond not for you but for my own well being. I’m a hard worker and will do what is asked!”
Compensation is a little under. For what you do for the company it seems fair.
It could use some work. You can’t coddle one employee and not the rest. Should be no special treatment towards another.
The work flow and or load. The busy times of the year. The respect that I am used in other departments that need help. I’ve worked maintenance and my own area(s) as well.
