They always pay you on time. There’s so little pros to working here. It’s hard to feel this box.
No management knows what’s going on day today, they promote friends they don’t care about safety or OSHA, and they always add to your job description as they want.
It used to be the competitive pay bonuses, and time off. Not anymore none of those things exist at Forbo.
I like the fact that he worked at Forbo before becoming the president of the company. He’s nice and comes down to the factory floor pretty frequent.
Promote within, and the supervisor should pick up slack when needed. Make it a team effort. No blame game.

I don’t know how it compares to that industry average. But I looked at the financials and each employee makes around $2 million per year for the company. In my opinion, we all need a raise.
