Our Assembly Technician is a key role in our Distribution team. In this role, you would be responsible for the assembly and testing of hydraulic systems including; valves, pumps, motors, PTO's, and other products sold by FORCE America. Depending on project design, we combine our own components with supplier's products or bring multiple supplier's products together to provide an end product to our customer. Due to the variety of components and variation of builds, unique assembly abilities are needed.

Coordinates with material handling, sales and others to expedite orders.
Maintain safe and orderly work area.

FABRICATION

We have an exciting opening for a Supply Chain Intern for the Summer. This position is onsite in Marysville OH (30 miles away from The Ohio State University).
Your day-to-day
Collaborate with various Parker teams, including customer service, engineering, accounting, quality, and marketing, to support cross-functional initiatives.
Take ownership of assigned projects, timelines, and action items related to continuous improvement initiatives and vendor management.
Develop insights into supply chain management and project management processes.
Prepare and analyze timely reports summarizing business activities and project statuses to support informed decision-making.
Monitor supply chain performance and escalate any abnormalities in Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to management as needed.
Prioritize tasks effectively, meet commitments, and take proactive ownership of challenges while providing excellent customer service.

Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree; business management, supply chain or logistics. Preferrable junior class status.
Possess analytical and technical skills required to understand business practices and recommend proper automation opportunities.

Position Summary
This role offers a starting base wage of $23.00 per hour with an additional $2.00 per hour shift differential for a total of $25.00 per hour. In this skilled manufacturing role, you will produce semi-rigid plastic tubing of various sizes and characteristics for use in transportation, agricultural, and industrial settings. Our Extruder Operators set up and operate extrusion machines and other associated equipment. You will be responsible for the safe production of quality products to meet the motion-control needs of our customers.
Responsibilities
* Make complete line setups on jobs from charts and specifications.
* Operate line, maintaining proper speeds, adjustments, etc., to ensure a quality product and production rates.
* Perform continuous inspections of product both visual as well as using micrometers and calipers. Record product and process parameters.
* Perform repairs to equipment, assist others in maintenance when major repairs to any equipment on assigned line are required.
* Complete all necessary records, reports, etc. as required, giving particular attention to proper part number, job number and quantity per pallet or reel. Insert product weights on Production Tickets.
* Package product according to instructions to include the making of cartons and spools as required.
* Mix materials, load hoppers and grind scrap product as required by operational needs.
* Assemble packaging materials as required by Job Sheet.
* Keep extrusion line and surrounding area clean and orderly.
* Must be able to run straight-out core tube, mandrel, tubing; learn to operate crosshead - sheathing, Multitube bundles.
* Our manufacturing roles do have some minimum physical requirements; standing for 8+ hours, ability to wear PPE (safety shoes, eye protection, hearing protection, safety vests, and gloves), repetitive motions including use of hands to bend tubing & connect hose assemblies, sorting items by size shape and color, pushing, pulling, kneeling, squatting, and lifting, up to 45 pounds

* Provide decision support to Sales and Program teams on volumes, mix, and profitability; codify approval thresholds and assumptions.
Pricing, Contracts, and Price Realization

The Parker Engineering Internship Program is focused on the development of new talent by exposing interns to the dynamic field of Engineering. The Digital and IT Senior Analyst is responsible for the implementation, operation, and support of highly secure and resilient telemetry and log management solutions that enable enterprise detection and analytics. As a subject matter expert, this role owns telemetry ingestion pipelines, normalization and enrichment logic, and the routing of telemetry into Microsoft Sentinel (Log Analytics) and allied detection platforms. This team member will partner closely with cyber security engineers, application owners, and cloud teams to onboard sources, define required event fields, maintain pipeline configurations, and ensure data quality and availability for investigations, automated detection, and compliance. The senior analyst drives continuous improvement of telemetry architecture, documentation, runbooks, and operational controls in support of the Digital & IT strategic vision and roadmap.
Responsibilities
* Subject matter expert in telemetry ingestion, routing, transformation and observability; broad understanding of enterprise IT strategy across cloud, endpoint, network, and application domains.
* Hands‑on experience operating Cribl (Stream/Edge) or equivalent log‑routing/transform tools (Logstash, Fluentd) and building/maintaining pipelines, transforms, and mappings.
* Practical experience onboarding telemetry to Microsoft Sentinel / Log Analytics and delivering normalized fields for SOC detections and investigations.
* Strong knowledge of telemetry formats and protocols (JSON, CEF, Syslog, Windows Event XML) and ability to author parsers and enrichment logic.
* Skilled at troubleshooting ingestion paths, monitoring data quality (latency, parse failures, schema drift), and implementing remediation.
* Proficient scripting to automate onboarding and transformations (PowerShell, Python, Bash).
* Experience collaborating with SOC analysts, app owners, and cloud teams to align telemetry with detection use‑cases and investigative requirements.
* Excellent written communication and documentation skills: runbooks, onboarding checklists, operational procedures, and source mapping documentation.
* Familiarity with security and compliance principles around telemetry retention and sensitive data handling.

POSITION SUMMARY
Operates various conventional and/or numerically controlled machining centers on semi-complex jobs. Works from blueprints, sketches, planning sheets, verbal instructions, and/or engineering, tooling, or equipment information. Contributes to lean initiatives to increase productivity and reduce costs. Works with limited guidance in a team environment.
RESPONSIBILITIES
* Sets up and runs multiple production machines. Performs machine operations (including reworking parts)
such as cutting, shaping, deburring, forming, drilling, and reaming parts. Performs machine operations where the materials, tooling, and sequence of operations have been pre-planned and established. Makes necessary machine adjustments and reports improper machine functioning or cutting action for correction.
* Aligns and fastens work using standard fixtures and established methods.
* Installs and adjusts cutting tools consistent with type and size of material being machined.
* Follows established manufacturing methods using standard production machines, materials, and tooling.
* Adjusts feeds, speeds, and depth of cut to machine quality parts, per documentation.
* Operates hand and power tools to deburr precision and complex machine parts in accordance with semi-complicated engineering blueprints and route sheets to close tolerances.
* Inspects parts for conformance to specifications using measuring instruments such as gages, calipers, micrometers and comparators. Uses various types of magnification equipment (including a microscope) to detect and avoid damage to surfaces and critical areas. Visually inspects parts for burrs or damaged machined surfaces.
* Routinely maintains equipment to ensure cleanliness, accuracy, and reliability specific to division requirements.
* Accurately and regularly performs statistical process control (SPC) specific to division requirements.
* Actively implements lean initiatives by identifying and providing suggestions on areas for improvement. Effectively applies lean concepts and tools in work area.
* Observes all company policies and procedures, including safety rules, and maintains a clean and orderly work area.
