Overview: This Senior Recruiter is responsible for overseeing the entire recruitment lifecycle for roles with FORCE America Inc. This role involves developing and implementing detailed recruiting strategies including sourcing, screening, selecting, school relationships and onboarding talent in a way that supports our ongoing goals to attract and retain talent and promote an engaged workforce at FORCE America. This role is responsible for maintaining / increasing sales volume and margin with existing and new accounts within the industrial and distribution channels. Responsibilities Responsibilities * Develops and maintains strong client relationships with OEM customers and distributor accounts while meeting position objectives. Ensures Parker products are specified to maintain and increase revenue by prioritizing the opportunities on an account-by-account basis to obtain optimum sales and margin results. * Develops and maintains comprehensive technical knowledge of group/divisional products, applications, features, advantages and benefits.
