This position offers a unique opportunity for interns to gain hands-on experience in innovative engineering solutions and work with a multi-disciplinary team. What You'll Do: * Support engineering feasibility studies and create basic physical and math models, supporting vehicle concepts. * Application of First Principles Engineering supporting multidisciplinary project ideation and development. * Create and facilitate engineering requirements to support the Studio design. * Develop occupant packaging studies in support of new vehicle concepts * Apply Design Thinking to create innovative solutions - Identify pain points, define measurement metrics for success, participate/lead brainstorming sessions, develop alternatives and select technical solutions. * Develop proposals to resolve issues. * Work with creative designers, modelers, other engineers, and fabrication personnel in the development of a scale model.
