**THE PRODUCTION TEAM**
This team manages all union and office field employees, coordinating between the IBEW and job sites as needs vary and change.
**ABOUT THE ROLE**
Cupertino Electric is seeking a seasoned and highly capable IBEW Traveling General Foreman to oversee the management and coordination of large-scale electrical construction projects. The Traveling General Foreman is responsible for managing multiple foremen, ensuring adherence to safety protocols, driving productivity, and ensuring that all electrical work is completed on time and within budget. This leadership role requires excellent organizational skills, a deep understanding of electrical systems, and the ability to manage complex projects and teams effectively.
+ Supervise and manage multiple foremen and electrical crews on large-scale commercial, industrial, and infrastructure projects.
+ Provide leadership and direction to ensure project milestones, quality standards, and timelines are met.
+ Plan and schedule the overall work of multiple crews, coordinating tasks and resources to maximize efficiency and productivity.
+ Oversee project progress, troubleshoot issues, and ensure that all work complies with project specifications, the National Electrical Code (NEC), and local building codes.
+ Ensure job site safety by enforcing OSHA safety standards, conducting regular safety meetings, and maintaining a safe and clean work environment.
+ Review blueprints, electrical plans, and specifications to ensure that all work is aligned with client requirements and industry standards.
+ Serve as the primary point of contact between field operations and project management, keeping open communication regarding project status, changes, and issues.
+ Evaluate labor needs and coordinate workforce allocation, ensuring that all project areas are adequately staffed.
+ Manage material procurement and inventory, ensuring that all necessary tools, equipment, and materials are on-site and available to support the work.
+ Monitor and report project financials, including tracking labor costs, material usage, and productivity metrics.
+ Conduct regular inspections to ensure quality control and adherence to company standards.
+ Mentor and develop foremen and crew members, providing training and guidance to enhance performance and career growth.
+ Resolve conflicts or issues that arise on the job site, involving project management when necessary.
+ Work closely with other trades, contractors, and stakeholders to ensure smooth coordination and project integration.
+ Track daily production reports, document job progress, and provide weekly updates to project managers and company leadership.
**ABOUT YOU**
You have extensive knowledge of electrical systems, the National Electrical Code (NEC), and local building codes. Your strong leadership and management skills enable you to supervise multiple teams across various job sites. You possess a proven ability to plan, schedule, and manage projects, ensuring adherence to budgets, timelines, and quality standards. You can read and interpret blueprints, electrical schematics, and project specifications. With excellent communication skills, you effectively coordinate between field crews, management, and clients. You have knowledge of OSHA safety standards and the ability to enforce safety protocols on job sites. Your strong problem-solving skills allow you to troubleshoot issues and resolve conflicts on the job. You are proficient with project management and scheduling software and have strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
**MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS**

+ IBEW Journeyman Electrician Certification required, Foreman or General Foreman experience strongly preferred.
+ A minimum of 5-8 years of experience in a supervisory role on large commercial, industrial, or electrical infrastructure projects.
**PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS**
+ Experience managing large-scale electrical construction projects in commercial, industrial, or utility sectors.
+ Certification in OSHA 30 safety training.
+ Experience in electrical project planning, budgeting, and resource allocation.

**PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS**

About this Role
FiberTel is looking for an Aerial Foreman for our Albuquerque, NM location.
The Aerial Foreman position will oversee a crew of employees depending on job type and size. This position will coordinate with the Field Supervisor on lining out daily jobs. She/he will oversee installations, ordering and gathering equipment, supplies, materials, and tools, assess install sites, and prepare install diagrams. The Foreman will teach, and train employees assigned to their crew. This position will guarantee that all safety protocols are followed, and crew members wear proper PPE.
Services may include placing poles, anchors and guys, aerial strand and cable, direct buried pipe, trenching cable, conventional and directional boring, placing underground conduit systems, performing inside wiring, cabling, and testing and maintenance services.
Pay: $28-35/hr
What You'll Do
Responsibilities:
All phases of telecommunication construction include but are not limited to: Loading, driving, delivery, digging, removal and placement of various types, sizes and weight of construction materials and equipment.
Ensure crew is on time and performing daily tasks
Plan & Strategize with crew, set goals for job completions
Perform daily pre-trip, JHA, and monthly safety lessons
Maintain professionalism with public, customers, and crew
Obtain prints & permits for all assigned jobs from Supervisor
Setup & cleanup of worksite, plan for no return trips
Follow all instructions from Supervisor, maintain communication
Communicate with outside vendors; traffic control & rentals
Perform proper traffic control and public safety procedures
As-built and hand in completed prints
Teach & Train all crew members all their tasks
Submit daily timecards for crew and self

What You'll Bring
Qualifications:
3 - 5 years' experience in Aerial telecommunications industry
Experience installing Cat 5/6 commercial networks
Excellent understanding with LAN, WAN, and backbone network
Ability to work in confined & elevated spaces
Must be able to pass a pre-employment drug screen and background check.
Possess a valid driver's license or be eligible and willing to obtain the required license for the position.
A good driving record is required.
Basic knowledge of and ability to operate various types of utility trucks and equipment in a safe manner.
Basic knowledge of and ability to hand tools and equipment in a safe manner.
Class A Commercial Driver's License is a plus (Higher wage scales apply to CDL holders).

Working Conditions:
This is a full-time hourly position, expected to work at least 40 hours per week. This position operates in an outdoor environment and is regularly exposed to outside weather conditions including; extreme cold, rain, sleet, snow, humidity, high temperatures, and high wind. The outside work environment will vary throughout the day including changes in terrain, traffic, urban settings, and/or rural settings. This position may occasionally be exposed to natural gas and to the risk of electrical shock. Exposure to moderate to loud noise levels.
Physical Requirements:

Working with the service manger. Responsible for the safe, efficient, and profitable operation of the Service department. Oversees the work of the mechanics. Able to make proper diagnosis of all components and recommended repairs.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Include the following and other duties may be assigned.
Diagnostic ability of all components of the truck.
Help in writing up repair orders and communicating with the drivers and owners in order to determine problems and solutions to their truck repair needs.
Schedules an assigns jobs ad work areas to employees according to their skills and knowledge. This should be accomplished in a manner to eliminate time lost between jobs.
Inspect and advise the mechanics on work as it progresses.
Keep track of each customer job and be able to advise the customer as to time of completion, cost of repairs, additional repairs, etc.
Road test and dyno test trucks in order not only to diagnose problems, but also to determine if repairs are complete.
See that the buildings, grounds, and work areas are kept clean and neatly arranged. See that all company tools and equipment are properly maintained.
Help in determining the parts to be replaced and follow through with the mechanics and Parts Department to be sure of parts availability.
Help in completing repair orders by getting the mechanics write up of the repairs, seeing that parts are billed correctly, and all needed lines are added to the ticket as it progresses. Be sure each repair is coded correctly.
Must be familiar with warranty of all parts of the truck and able to determine if a repair is warrantable.
Must be at work at least thirty minutes prior to time for the mechanics in order to analyze the work schedule.
Must be willing to work additional hours as the workload and business requires and perform other duties or functions as so directed by management.
Must help to insure safe working conditions for all employees.
Educational Requirements:
Minimum high school diploma required.
Work Experience:
Minimum four years as a mechanic and at least 2 years as a shop foreman or lead mechanic.
Mathematical Skills & Reasoning Ability:
Should be able to read computer generated reports, office reports, invoices, etc. Also it is required to operate computer terminals.
Special Skills:
Must possess and use good interpersonal skills and have the ability to interact well with customers, vendors, and co-workers in a positive and constructive manner. Must also have and maintain a Commercial Drivers License (CDL).
Physical Demands:

Summary: The Outside Plant Field Inspector is present on OSP construction projects to ensure that the buried and aerial cable is being constructed properly and meeting the project requirements. The field staff will coordinate the various activities on the project and also take detailed field records of the installed cable, pole placement and drops.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES include the following. Other duties may be assigned:
OSP Fiber Planners and Field Inspectors route and determine fiber placement
Reviewing permits and ROW
Overall supervision and project management
Inspecting quality of buried, arial, pole placement and fiber drops
Recording field records
OSP Field inspector work is split between out in the field.

TheMaintenance Foreman acts as a working foreman on mixed-use commercial retail property, performing all the building's mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and control systems, while actively supervising the maintenance crew. The Facilities Supervisor also carries out various managerial duties, including ordering supplies, meeting with vendors, and ensuring that all work is completed
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

Develop, implement, oversee, and document preventative maintenance programs for all properties.
Schedule work for the maintenance crew based on priorities, equipment availability, or weather conditions.
Monitor project activities to ensure that instructions are followed, deadlines are met, and schedules are maintained and work is completed according to specifications and contract requirements.
Prepare service estimates based on labor, material, and machine costs, and maintain budgets for individuals.
Responsible for the inventory, maintenance, and tracking of all maintenance equipment, tools, and supplies.
Oversee and manage HVAC PM services for all tenants. Responsible for billing and scope review for tenant-related HVAC services. Responsible for all control systems for HVAC and lighting controls.
Monitor all billing and meters for utilities and solar systems.
Perform personnel-related activities, such as hiring workers, evaluating staff performance, or taking disciplinary actions when performance problems occur.
Investigate work-related complaints from tenants to verify problems and determine solutions.
Perform administrative duties, such as authorizing leave requests and processing timesheets.
Confer with other supervisors to coordinate work activities with those of other departments or
Review contracts or work assignments to determine service, equipment, or workforce requirements.
Order the performance of corrective work when problems occur and recommend procedural changes to avoid such problems.
Recommend changes in working conditions or equipment to improve crew performance
Assist others with various projects and tasks on an as-needed basis as directed by the manager/supervisor.Ability to be on call for property issues and respond during non-standard working hours.
Wears all appropriate Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) as required.
Performs other duties as assigned.
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS (INCLUDES EDUCATION, SKILLS, AND EXPERIENCE):
