POSITION DOES REQUIRE LOCATION TO OUR COTTAGE GROVE, WI OR ALBUQUERQUE, NM LOCATION WITHIN 60 TO 120 DAYS OF EMPLOYMENT. Telecommunication Tower Foreman -Level 2 will manage and train field personnel to perform a wide variety of field specific job duties. The Aerial Foreman position will oversee a crew of employees depending on job type and size. This position will coordinate with the Field Supervisor on lining out daily jobs. She/he will oversee installations, ordering and gathering equipment, supplies, materials, and tools, assess install sites, and prepare install diagrams. The Foreman will teach, and train employees assigned to their crew. This position will guarantee that all safety protocols are followed, and crew members wear proper PPE. Services may include placing poles, anchors and guys, aerial strand and cable, direct buried pipe, trenching cable, conventional and directional boring, placing underground conduit systems, performing inside wiring, cabling, and testing and maintenance services.
