KHI Construction Formans are expected to work with and lead their small team of professionals on jobs ranging from equipment installation (surgical booms, lights, and computers) to complete Operating Room demos/renovations. To achieve consistency, foremen must effectively plan, communicate, execute, and debrief on all projects. As the face of KHIM, the foreman must also be comfortable in front of the client and accomplish administrative requirements and communications.
