Job Description On-site Labor Foreman (Industrial Fence & Gates) Wage Rate: $48.33-51.33/hour, + performance-based bonuses. Higher wages are available based on location. Hours range from 40 to 60, depending on owner schedule. Weekends are not mandatory and uncommon. Install foundations and posts to grade. Complete framing and panels/chain link. Install gates. Install stone along fence lines as needed. Read & interpret plans and shop drawings. Office support will always be available to the foreman for assistance. Most importantly, maintain safe practices amongst all crew members. Typical equipment used: Skid steers, telehandler, excavator, hydrovac trucks & man lifts. This individual will be working in live substations near energized equipment. A Reconstruction Foreman plays a critical role in ensuring that reconstruction projects are completed safely, efficiently, and within budget. The Reconstruction Foreman reports to the Director of Reconstruction and receives work and direction from Project Managers ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS: Collaborate with Reconstruction Project Managers to understand project objectives, scope, and timeline. Develop daily project plans, including work methods, equipment selection, and resource allocation. Determine safety measures and ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and permits. Supervise a team of subcontractors and/or field staff, assigning tasks and responsibilities. Monitor work progress and productivity, ensuring deadlines are met.
