The Foreman is responsible for leading a crew and overseeing the installation, construction, and maintenance of electrical systems on various job sites. This includes coordinating daily work activities, ensuring safety standards are followed, and making sure projects are completed on time and within scope. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in the electrical trade, including field experience, and the ability to manage teams effectively while maintaining high-quality workmanship.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following.
Ensure work is performed safely. Safety topics and safety sign in completed weekly. PPE and all safety codes are strictly enforced.
Job planning and execution. Becoming familiar with Job scope, specs and prints from pre-construction through end of job. Looking ahead and ordering enough material to always keep your crew productive. Working closely with the GC and your PM to make sure the job goes smoothly.
Identifying potential change orders and getting that info to your PM for processing.
Properly documenting as-builts through the course of the job.
Filling out all required paperwork in a timely fashion (look-ahead, timesheets, RFI's, daily reports, etc.)

Education and/or Experience
The Foreman should hold a minimum of High school diploma, GED, or equivalent. Completion of college/CEGEP/vocational or technical training preferred. Have a minimum of (5) years' experience as a journeyman electrician preferred.

The Foreman must possess strong written and verbal communication skills. This individual should be capable of preparing detailed reports, estimates, and instructions, as well as delivering clear verbal communication to clients, representatives, and internal staff. PHYSICAL DEMANDS:
Must possess mobility to work in wastewater treatment plants and related facilities; strength, stamina, and mobility to perform medium to heavy physical work, to work in confined spaces, around machines and to climb and descend ladders, and to operate varied hand and power tools and construction equipment; vision to read printed materials and a computer screen; color vision to read gauges and identify appurtenances; and hearing and speech to communicate in person and over the telephone or radio. This is a key leadership position in the field for Dynetek Solutions. This team member will supervise 3 up to 6 individuals on a job site, depending on experience. In some cases, this team member may have to supervise small crews in different locations they will have responsibility for. Responsibilities and Duties:
