Key Responsibilities: Supervise and perform commercial, industrial, and institutional electrical installations using sound judgment and technical expertise Lead and mentor a team of up to 8 electricians, apprentices, and laborers Plan and lay out daily installation activities, ensuring quality and safety compliance Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and installation drawings Coordinate conduit, cable tray, and large cable pull installations Oversee installation of switchgear, distribution panels, transformers, fire alarm, and control systems Utilize construction technology such as PlanGrid, Bluebeam, and Navisworks for project documentation and coordination Complete project-specific reporting such as foreman logs, timecards, and performance evaluations Implement prefabrication and modular assemblies where applicable Ensure adherence to NEC codes, QA/QC standards, and company policies What You Bring: Proven experience in commercial or healthcare electrical construction, ideally in a foreman or lead role Strong leadership and communication skills to effectively manage crews and coordinate with superintendents Ability to plan, schedule, and assign daily work activities Solid understanding of electrical systems, materials, and construction processes Tech-savvy mindset with comfort using tablets and field software tools Physical Requirements: This position requires regular activity in varying jobsite conditions including heat, cold, and confined spaces. Must be capable of lifting 50+ lbs., climbing ladders, and working safely with personal protective equipment at all times.
