The Foreman in Training (FIT) role is a hands-on position to learn from and assist the Crew Leader with managing the operations of all assigned jobsites. Areas of foreman training include landscape installation, irrigation system installation, management of subcontractors and performing certain planning, administrative and regulatory functions.
