GENERAL PURPOSE OF THE JOB: The WTI Field Resource Foreman (Foreman) oversees and performs the safety, efficiency, and quality of the WTI field service business. Safety is our primary priority and will be embedded into every discussion, meeting, and project. As the clear and established leader of the WTI crew, the Foreman is focused on safety, crew management, and efficient execution of all WTI projects assigned within their respective region. It is the Foreman's responsibility to deliver timely service to all WTI customers and manage exposure to risks. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: * Conduct the daily onsite safety brief before the start of the WTI project with the Sales Rep, customer, and the WTI crew. Foreman also ensures that all technicians complete Daily Hazard Analysis. * Ensure all project communication is completed before the start of any WTI project.
