Maintain established schedule dates Promote, enforce, and train on safety policies Conducts safety walks and reports Understand budgets for self-perform work Maintain clean jobsite and ICRA standards Represent 3G Companies externally to trade partners, clients, and industry representatives All other duties as assigned What knowledge, Skills, & Abilities you'll bring: Experience in general construction carpenter work, graduate in an apprenticeship program or equivalent experience Preferred Previous experience managing carpenters Extremely detail-oriented Strong leadership skills Ability to use written and verbal communication effectively Ability to see the big picture Legal Requirements Ability to work nights and weekends as necessary Valid drivers license Ability to pass pre-employment testing Must be able to navigate all areas of the construction site in all types of weather. Must be able to work in a noisy environment Ability to understand and enforce jobsite safety rules and OSHA requirements Ability to work within one of 3G Companies' operational areas as assigned.
