JOB DESCRIPTION Foreman Safely, correctly, and efficiently loads and unloads truck with materials, tools, and equipment; cleans truck upon return to the branch Safely, correctly, and efficiently performs installation duties according to instructions, methods, standards and timetables provided by the Foreman and Company Demonstrates great care of products, tools, and equipment Drives company vehicles in a safe manner. Hauls equipment too, from and around project site. Represent Push, Inc. in a positive and professional manner at all times. Identifies, recommends, and implements continuous improvement processes and procedures that will elevate the company as a whole. Other duties as assigned. Education and/or Experience: Work Experience: Two (2) years' supervisory experience within a utility construction setting. Demonstrated field experience with digging operations in city and rural areas around utilities and operating equipment such as backhoe/loader, excavator, cable plow and compact track loader, including various attachments. Requirements: Valid Driver's License, Class A CDL preferred. Must be able to pass pre-employment screenings. Ability to motivate, mentor, and lead teams.
