What you will do…
Plan, organize, and direct the work of the job crew employees on a daily basis
Discipline and counsel employees as needed, as well as motivate employees on a regular basis
Hire and direct the training of employees as needed, as well as discharge employees in accordance with company policies and procedures
Maintain familiarity with plans, specifications, and job folder contract scope
Attend coordination meetings as required and provide necessary information
Monitor and document the progress of the job through the use of appropriate forms listed on the Mobile App
Provide a Lead person with current and accurate information by generating RFI's, memos, and other forms of communication
Monitor, direct, and improve as necessary the quantity of work performed by the crew
Communicate company policies and procedures to the job crew
Apply knowledge of National Electrical Codes as needed
Order daily materials as needed and follow up at the end of each workday
Monitor and manage tool control for the job site
Ensure the job site is properly cleaned up at the end of each workday
Ensure compliance with all job safety standards established by company and all regulatory agencies

What you will need to succeed…
High School diploma /GED or equivalent
Minimum of 10 years' experience as an Industrial Electrician
Minimum of 2 years' experience as an Industrial Foeman
An NCCER certified Industrial Electrician or an Electrician State License is a Plus)
Must be able to pass a DISA D/A test
