Minimum Qualifications High school diploma or GED required; technical or vocational training in construction or concrete preferred. Minimum 1-3 years of experience in concrete construction, with at least 1 year in a supervisory role. Strong knowledge of concrete construction techniques including forming, placing, finishing, curing, and repair. Ability to read and interpret blueprints, plans, specifications, and layout documents.
