* Ensure that all materials, tools, equipment, subcontractor, and general contractor are scheduled daily and are on site in a timely manner.
* Attend and participate in all required company training programs.
* Attend all job site meetings whenever scheduled.
* Other duties as assigned.
Requirements for the position include:
* Completed 30hr OSHA Training.
* Completed Field Management Training
* Ability to effectively manage crews of 30+ employees.
* Knowledge and ability to supervise the use of all tools, material, equipment, and personnel.
* Knowledge of mathematics, including addition, subtraction, multiplication, division, fraction, and decimals.
* Advanced Knowledge of Bluebeam, OST, and Quick bid.
* Skill in verbal and written communication, including the ability to actively listen and express oneself clearly.
* Ability to work on ladders, scaffolds, and/or stilts.
* Ability to read detailed (blueprint) plans and specifications and comply with building codes.
* Excellent communication skills.
